From the first sonogram, we nicknamed Anna Grace peanut. That was about how big she was at the time. Anyway, it stuck and she has been my little peanut ever since. I couldn't resist getting a shot of her in the onesie that has a peanut on it.
Isn't she cute in her first capri pants? These are from great-grandma, she still has good taste even at 95! She also sent shoes, but the weather needs to be a little warmer for those. (Obviously, the love of shoes comes from many generations)
We had a short time with my mom and dad this weekend. They are on their way north to celebrate my grandmother's 95th birthday! In the meantime AG squeezed in some play time with both of them.
We had a catch up lunch with one of my close friends. (Yes, her name is Amy, go figure.) Here we are with our girls. Who knows maybe AG and Madison will grow up to be good friends like we are :)
Anna Grace's new trick is to stand up with your hands. She likes to do it over and over and over again. I am just grateful that she hasn't thought to do it with the help of anything but my hands. Oh and the adorable little dress is from Kevin. He did so good shopping for her! Thanks Kevin.
What do you say to a cow? It's one of Anna Grace's books (from Aunt Betsy). But the outfit is from Grant & Amy with a note that said we should visit their farm. Grant was hesitant because he didn't think the outfit was girly enough, but the bow does work in her favor. :) Thanks for the cute outfit, and the invitation. By the time AG gets out to their farm, she may actually start imitating the cows!
This is from Great Grandma and the funny part is that I didn't even pose Anna Grace. I set her on the blanket and she did this with her hands. She's my little ham for the camera.
We came home last night from a few days skiing in Colorado. It was a fun time, but I will tell you that we missed the little peanut a lot. Believe it or not, grandma and grandpa didn't take any pictures!!!
Gigi and grandpa just emailed this photo of Matt as a baby. They thought she Anna Grace resembled him just a little. I thought so too!!!
As for a new post of AG, she is in Texas enjoying some one-on-one time with grandma and grandpa while Matt and I are skiing Breckenridge. All reports say she is doing well, and I am sure she is loving all the attention! Look for new pics on Wed. We are missing her tons.
