This is by far Morgan Leigh's favorite game. She usually asks to play when we don't have time to finish. But today we don't have anything scheduled and carpool for AG is hours away. Great way to spend our morning.
We were invited to join our sweet friends for the Halloween party downtown. I snapped several pics with them, but Matt got this one of AG in the black light. Such a fun night with friends!
ML asked this morning if I would be at her party. In order to avoid the mommy guilt, I rearranged the day so I wouldn't miss it. She led the trick or treaters.
They sang a few songs for the moms that were there. And then had their lunch together. Happy Halloween!
We are off to AG's school for literacy night. The girls got to dress up as their favorite character from a book. Fancy Nancy and Strawberry Shortcake with red hair and all. We will see how well that comes out of Morgan Leigh's blond...
For any of you that know me well, I have a tendency to say yes often. I am in a period of that right now and man have we been busy! These are the kneelers for our new church, another post on that will follow. The problem often is that when I say yes, so does Matt. :)
We've renewed our season tickets for Casa again and I am so glad we did. We really love going to the shows! It's hard to squeeze them in during football, but we managed. I was worried that it might be too young for AG, but they even went for a field trip.
Our fall is ruled by the aggie football schedule. If you were wanting to make plans for anything on a Saturday, I would first have to consult the football schedule. (and I complain about that a lot!) Rather than being in the stands for the team running on the field, we paused today to see them all come out. I touched a lot of sticky receivers gloves today!
This fall has been full! On top of church commitments, AG's school, P.E.O. and football....I decided to launch a business. Tonight is the open house for Christmas orders with my close friends. I am nervous but so excited! I'll have a link to my etsy shop after Jan. 1.
We love the homecoming parade at TCU. We went over to Betsy's tonight and walked to the parade route, caught some candy and ordered pizza for dinner. Fun night!
We swap dinners every week with another family. Our night is tonight and we made homemade lasagna. It is one of Matt's favorite recipes from his mom and I think he needs a pick me up today! Morgan Leigh is quite the pasta maker!
